The rector of the Academy of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, doctor of legal Sciences, Professor Oksana Kapinus and Transport Prosecutor of the Volga Transport District Timur Kebekov presented new forms of cooperation in sixteen cities of the thirteen subjects of Russia.
The event was attended by the acting rector of Academy, doctor of legal Sciences, Professor Alexander Vinokurov, Director of the Research Institute of the Academy, doctor of legal Sciences Fedir Kobzarev, head of the Department of prosecutorial supervision and strengthening of legality in activity of customs authorities and at transport of the research Institute of the Academy, doctor of law Sciences Tetyana Dikanova, leading researcher of the Department of prosecutorial supervision and strengthening of legality in activity of customs authorities and at transport of the research Institute of the Academy, candidate of legal Sciences Vladimir Yastrebov, the team of the Transport Prosecutor's office of the Volga Transport District.
Since the beginning of this year the Transport Prosecutor's office of the Volga Transport District pooled their sixteen Transport Prosecutor's offices, located in thirteen regions of Russia and connected them to a closed corporate network.
Today the Academy in the framework of a previously signed with the Prosecutor's office of the cooperation agreement became a full-fledged data user of information and communication technologies, including videoconferencing.
These technologies provide an opportunity in the remote access mode to ensure the involvement of all employees of bodies of Transport Prosecutor's office in order to improve their professional level in the educational process and their participation in various events organized by the faculty of the Academy: scientific-practical conferences, "round tables", business games, online discussion on emerging issues in the preparation of joint publications, methodical recommendations, scientific research and so on. This will enable communication and exchange of views on various issues and will increase the effectiveness not only of prosecutorial supervision, but also of educational process.
The Prosecutor's office plans to connect to the specified enterprise network the remaining seven transport Prosecutor's offices, after which they will become full participants in all activities conducted by the Academy of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
