Transport Prosecutor of the Volga Transport District Timur Kebekov and the Prosecutor of the Republic of Mordovia Valery Machinsky signed a joint order on organization of interaction in the implementation of prosecutorial supervision in Saransk.
This administrative document was developed in order to improve the effectiveness of the oversight activities of the territorial and specialized Prosecutor's offices.
The rapid exchange of information, coordinated oversight activities and continuous interaction between the Prosecutor's offices, including in the sphere of combating extremism and terrorism on objects of transport and transport infrastructure, smuggling and realization on the territory of the region of goods prohibited for import to the Russian Federation are expected in terms of implementation of the document.
In addition, joint work will be aimed at the prevention of crime; at protection of labor rights of employees of the transport enterprises of the region, and the rights of the population of the Republic of Mordovia for the proper provision of rail and road in inter-municipal and suburban transport, the rights and legitimate interests of victims of crime; at the prevention of corruption of civil servants of the territorial departments of Federal Executive bodies of the established prohibitions and restrictions, requirements for official behavior; at the provision of  measures of the Prosecutor's response of  execution of court decisions on the claims of prosecutors; at high quality maintenance of public prosecution in criminal cases in the courts.

In addition, the implementation of the joint order expects joint organizational and methodical activities to improve the professional level of prosecutors conduct.
